RinTech Systems LLC provides software development, design, consulting, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in written agreements or statements of work.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to required information, content, and approvals.
• Ensure you have the rights to any assets you provide to us.
• Use deliverables in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Payments

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are set in your agreement. Late payments may pause work or incur reasonable administrative fees where permitted.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing terms for deliverables are defined in the applicable contract. Unless otherwise stated, we retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how.

Confidentiality

We will treat non-public information you share as confidential and expect the same for any confidential information we provide.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an as-is basis unless otherwise specified in writing. We do not guarantee that services or deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RinTech Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as described in the applicable contract. Payment for work performed up to termination is still due.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to RinTech Systems LLC unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
